Good nutrition is one of the two pillars that make up good health. Nutrition, or diet, along with exercise are the basics to staying healthy. Foods that have too much fat, especially saturated fat, and cholesterol and are sugary and salty to boot will very likely lead to one’s demise much quicker. These are the things that plague many Americans later in life with high blood pressure, diabetes and serious things of that nature. All of which could be avoided with a healthier diet.
