The Federal Emergency Relief Administration does not still exist; it was a temporary program (part of the New Deal) that President Franklin Roosevelt instigated to assist families survive during the Great Depression. There are some other FERAs in existence now though: the Family Electric Rate Assistance to help lower income families pay for electricity in Southern California, the Ford Employees Recreation Association, etc. but I think everyone agrees none of those had such a huge impact as the original FERA.
