Does organic farming eat more carbon?

No, organic farming does not eat more carbon. The reason why organic farming is advantageous for the environment is because it does not use herbicides and pesticides on the crops. The plants themselves are the same, it just there is nothing sprayed on them to keep them healthy when they grow. These chemicals end up in our water supply, or at the deltas the river runs into at the ocean, which either way is bad for the environment.
