Does everything give off carbon dioxide?

If your asking if everything living does, then the answer is YES! Every cell in the world derives its energy through cellular respiration. During this chemical reaction, glucose, the sugars produced during photosynthesis are combined with oxygen to form Water and Carbon Dioxide. Whether it be as we do through the lungs, or fish through the gills, or however, every organism needed to take in oxygen and convert it into carbon dioxide; that is just the way life derives energy. Even plants do this, though the release far less CO2. They are responsible for producing the vegetation that supports the food chain and therefor must produce enough glucose for all the animals in the ecosystem.
