Does ethanol lead to ozone pollution?

They have found that ethanol powered engines does lead to more ozone pollution then gas powered engines.  It only leads to a slight increase in warm temperatures, but in cold temperatures the contributing effects are much stronger.   This may lead to worse asthma problems and more smog.  Although it increases ozone levels, there is a decrease in two other dangerous chemicals, benzene and butadiene.
