While the Eiffel Tower has been used for scientific experiments, it does not produce electricity. The Eiffel Tower uses 7.5 kilowatt hours of electricity annually. Much of this electricity is consumed by the Eiffel Tower at night where a golden-colored lights illuminate Paris.
