Does Canada have a problem with deforestation?

There is some deforestation in Canada, but it’s not a major problem. Most is caused by urban development and agriculture, not by logging. Deforestation affected less than 0.02% of Canada’s forests in 2005, and Canada’s deforestation rates account for only 0.4% of global deforestation.

YES!!! The boreal forest is a major forest in Canada that is being depleted. Kimberly Clark products are known to have been harvested from the boreal forest.
