Yes, California State Assembly Bill 811 is still in effect from it’s date of signature on July 21, 2008. So property owners can still opt into state financing for renwable energy fixtures in set locations on their properties.
As stated previously CA AB 811 was signed and has been effective since July 21, 2008. To add to the first answer, property owners can receive low-interest loans from the state to add permanent renewable and environmental-friendly energy fixtures on the property. The goal of the law is two-fold, to reduce pollution emmissions from buildings and positively impact property values.
