Nicotine is certainly more deadly than caffeine. It takes 50-60mg of nicotine to kill you compared to 10,000mg of caffeine. Also, the manner in which most people take in nicotine (smoking) is far worse. Nicotine definitely isn’t the worst chemical in cigarettes. Caffeine intake is usually through drinking beverages like sodas, energy drinks, and coffee, and although the first two have been linked to diseases like diabetes along with obesity, the health effects are far less.
