Does Brazil have any carbon emissions goals?

    The city of Sao Paulo has set a goal to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2012. Sao Paulo is Brazil’s most populous city, and in order to make emissions changes, the city would need to enact profound changes in transportation (the main source of pollution in the city).
