To a point, but a better way of determining a wind turbine’s efficiency easily is to count the blades. The more blades a wind turbine has, the more air is hitting it, and the more energy it can get out of the wind.
A better bearing will allow the wind turbine to spin more easily, thus allowing it to harness more of the wind’s energy (better efficiency), as friction will have less of a negative effect on the rotation.
