Asia seems to have water problems on all fronts. If you Google “Asia Water problems”, links come up with headlines proclaiming problems in Eastern, Central and Southern Asia.
The problem, according to the BBC, appears to be an overall shortage of potable water.
Absolutely. Clean water is becoming scarce, tap water is not safe to drink in many areas, water sources are becoming polluted, and there are simply too many people in need. Climate change, and overdrawing of water are also factors contributing to its scarcity. The link below does a wonderful job of explaining each country’s situation.
