Does any country use biofuel to a significant extent?

Quick summary of past answers: Brazil and the US are the most prominent users of biofuels, especially bioethanol. E85 and E10 are the most prominent brands, and the US spends billions subsidizing the growth of corn for ethanol annually — ironically, this has helped increase global food costs. In 2006, the US produced over 4 billion gallons of ethanol, and is looking to produce more.
