Eyebrows and other body hair (eye lashes, arm hair, leg hair, pubic region) have a different growth cycle than the hair on your head. They go through three stages: in the first rate, eyebrows grow at a much faster rate than the hair on your head; in the second stage, as the eyebrow reaches its full length, cell division stops and the hair does not continue to grow; in the third stage, a new hair bulb forms under the pre-existing one, and eventually pushes the old hair.
