If predictions about climate change stay true, then the possible of opening the Arctic Sea for travel would not even be a choice, it would be available for everyone to access. I think if the waters in the Arctic Sea become navigable, we should restrict its access because the sea is small and narrow and borders sensitive habitats. The good thing about using the sea for travel will be shorter travel time, which will save energy, time and money.
