Do you think that the Volt or the Leaf will ever pass the Prius in cars sold?

It is unlikely that the Leaf will surpass the Prius in the near future.  First of all, while the economy of the LEAF is better than the Prius, the LEAF’s base price is nearly ten thousand dollars more.  That’s a lot of gas!  The second reason that the Prius is going to out sell the LEAF is range.  The LEAF, on average, will go 73 miles and then must be charged.  With a 220 volt charger, it takes 7 hours to fill the batteries.  The only way the Leaf will be able to compete in the future is if charging times and range improve significantly.  In my opinion, such improvements will not be accomplished before other technologies take center stage.
