At the present moment I do not believe there is that high of demand for electric cars. Electric vehicles must overcome the ability of having to recharge all the time. There are currently trials of “swap” stations occurring throughout the world, in which battery packs are exchanged at a “gas” station type place for a recharged battery. These will allow for much greater demand of electric vehicles. I just do not see at the present moment, day-to-day drivers buying the fisker vehicles.
If they produce a hybrid equal or better in quality to the ones on the market, perhaps. However, there just isn’t the infrastructure to handle pure electric cars on that large a scale.
