Do you think that the president is the right person to set environmental laws?

It is best to not leave all the decisions to one person. One president could be very pro business and might prefer to ease legislation to let businesses grow. On the other hand another president could be very environmentally friendly and might prefer to enact too much legislation thus hurting the economy. It is important to have a a balanced environmental system set in place. A system that is capable of funding itself and capable of investigating businesses and complaints. This system should also be able to enforce regulations upon businesses and people. The laws that this system willenforce should be developed by a broad group of people, ie Congress.
