Yes! I think it will catch on. I think more states will begin to realize what a significant problem plastic bags cause (both in litter and in landfills) and that plastic bag recycling is not working (about 5% are recycled). Hopefully this will help the resistant shoppers to purchase their own reusable bags (at least after they try to take their groceries out in the rain and have their paper bags break open).
