Do you think that the climate change legislation will make a noticeable difference to the general public?

I think they will. However, this will occur late in the future and we will read about it in our history books. Climate legislation comes from the federal government and power is handed to the EPA to administer the legislation. Federal government laws are often not directly and/or immediately felt by the consumer and the public. Eventually, we will notice, but it will take some time.
