Do you think that California’s climate bill will get passed?

Assembly Bill 32, which was signed in 2006, aims to reduce GHG emissions by 30% by the year 2020, and to further reduce emissions by 80% by 2050.  Assembly Bill 1404, regarding the climate change program, passed state legislature but was vetoed by governor Schwarzenegger a month later.  Although its difficult to predict politics, this certainly stirred up awareness and public interest in measures to reduce greenhouse gasses.
