Definitely. With natural (nonrenewable) energy resources such as coal and oil becoming less accessible and more expensive, it is in everyone’s best interest to find eco-friendly alternatives. Renewable energy (such as solar energy) as well as the use of biofuels (such as those made from corn) is becoming more prevalent because homeowners and businesses (both large and small) are benefitting from switching. Not only are there rebates out there, but alternative energy and fuels are also cost-efficient in the long run, so going green also means saving some green.
See the article below for more info. Hope this helps!
The hope would be that the United States is dedicated to energy improvements. Yet it has been slow to appear in mass market consumption. There are other countries that are very much ahead of the pack, like Brazil which leads the most advanced biofuel market and Germany as the frontrunner in green techological innovation.
Definitely. I think we have a nice balance between ernest environmentalists and trendy environmentalists. Personally I don’t really care what motivates a person to live an efficient and green life, as long as they keep it up! It’s becoming more and more popular here and I can definitely see green living becoming a normal way of life eventually.
