Human beings have the right to nurish themselves with the best possible foods available in their communities and environment.  Unfortunately for millions of people, the “best” options may not be the healthiest.

Genetically Modified Organisms for foreign aid may have an immediate social impact by providing a quick fix for those in need but the long term effects may be far reaching after years of its provision to undernourished peoples.  In this case, the GMO option may exacerbate an already dire situation by providing unhealthy hungry people with foods that are unnatural to the human dietary requisite.

This question raises an Ethical delimma that may be up for debate beyond this forum.  Entertaining ideas and multiple possibilities to remedy such a dilemma are welcome!
