Do you have to use a fruit/veggie cleaner to remove pesticides or will rinsing be acceptable?

Wash all fruits and vegetables when you get home from the market so they are ready when you need them.

Fill a pot or dish pan with warm water, adding a cup of vinegar.

Thoroughly but quickly scrub down each piece of produce with a vegetable brush and your vinegar water. Soaking produce in water can cause nutrients to be lost.

Rinse produce thoroughly and pat dry with a clean towel or paper towels.
