guys i want some suggestion regarding weight loss
I answered a similar question a while back. I’ll refer you to that post and give a brief rundown of the best weight loss tips.
-Don’t rely on fad or crash diets. Extreme diets can put your body into starvation mode, which will do nothing to help you lose weight in the long run. As soon as you stop following an extreme diet, the weight will come back.
-Eat foods with low calorie density and high fiber, like leafy green vegetables, whole fruit, whole grain breads/pastas and cereals, and beans. These types of food will keep you feeling full and satisfied for a longer period of time, and you’ll have more energy to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
-Keep a food diary. When you’re aware of everything that you put into your body, it’s easier to make good decisions about what you eat.
-It’s okay to have a little treat once in a while. Total denial will just make you frustrated and more likely to fall into a binge-eating cycle. One handful of chips or one cookie every now and then is not going to destroy your weight-loss progress, and it’ll remind you that losing weight doesn’t have to be about punishing yourself.
-Perform some form of aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. This maintains a healthy metabolism and keeps your cardiovascular system strong.
