Wild turkeys often cluster together at night and roost in trees, but they are a social bird. It depends on the particular bird species, if they are used to being alone they will probably sleep alone, and if they stick together during the day, that is likely how they sleep as well.
Owls typically sleep alone… dominant birds will tend to be solitary. Other birds who are more communal will sleep together in numbers.
