Do we use jellyfish for any types of food?

    You can eat jellyfish. You cannot cook jellyfish in a traditional way because it will loose its taste. You have to treat the jellyfish only with additives such as salt. It is very popular in eastern Asia.

    I like to eat it. In Chinese cuisine, you cut it up and soak it in water. Then you marinate it in a mixture of soy sauce and sesame oil. You eat it cold.
