Do we use Genetically Modified food for biofuels?

    Yes. Ethanol is made from commodity corn, a type of corn heavily farmed in the American midwest, and heavily genetically modified to resist pesticides and be easier to farm. This corn is then processed into everything from high fructose corn syrup in our foods to ethanol in our gasoline.
