Do we take the fluids out of sunken ships before we leave them alone?

    Well, ships that are sunk in wartime activity and the ones that sink from mishaps go down with the fluids in them. However, ships that are scuttled and sunk for artificial reef purposes have precautions taken to rid them of any harmful pollutants before going under the sea.
