Do we still use the space shuttle that we used to get to the moon?

No, the space shuttle was introduced after the last lunar landing. The Apollo program which made the moon landings used a rocket with a landing capsule that was then able to return to the Earth. The rockets used in this program were not reusable, and were quite expensive. The shuttle program began some time later as a reusable space vehicle. The shuttle program is actually in the process of being retired for the new generation space vehicles the Ares and Orion programs.
