I cannot find any domestic evidence of e-waste contamination. I am sure that there is some. Many Americans sneak electronics into dumps. Any e-waste problem here at home, however, pales in comparison to the water quality, air quality, and lead consumption problems that are found in countries like China and Ghana. Even reputable recycling companies have been found shipping their most toxic electronics off to developing nations.
