Do we know what noises dinosaurs would make?

No exactly, no. The soft tissue of the vocal chords is not often fossilized or preserved, so we can’t know exactly what noises they would make.
    1) We can make educated guesses based on the similarities between dinosaurs and similar species that exist today (reptiles, birds).
    2) Some crested herbivores possessed hollow tubes that emitted sound, which can be compared to musical instruments (in the way they worked).
