Do vitamins really counter-act the positive benefits of exercise?

    There is ongoing research regarding this topic and nothing conclusive has been established. However, doctors in Germany and Boston have conducted initial tests to see if vitamin supplements have a counter-active effect on vitamins. They have proposed that by taking vitamins, which efficiently destroy the reactive oxygen produced by excercise, the body’s natural response to exercise is short circuited.
