Do the tribes in the Amazon ever harm the people trying to destroy the forest?

There are about 70 tribes living in seclusion deep in the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Most of the time, it is the ranchers who are trying to destroy the rainforest that attack the tribesman living in the forest. One famous case is the “Man in the Hole“, a lone tribesman who lives in the Amazon rainfoest. Ranchers are said to have killed his whole tribe back in the 70s or 80s, and there have been instances of ranchers trying to kill him so that they can expand their land.
