Do toilets flush differently in the northern and southern hemispheres?

The way a toilet flushes is based on its shape and how level it is rather than where it is located on the planet. The myth that water drains counterclockwise in the Northern Hemisphere and clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere has been debunked by researchers who determined that the amount of water in a toilet is not large enough and drains too quickly to be governed by this rotating deflection.
