Do short ribs and regular ribs have different nutritional value?

It depends on what you mean by “regular” ribs, as that could mean beef or pork, but short ribs always refers to beef. By comparison, short ribs constitute a higher quality cut than spare ribs, be they beef or pork, which means you’re getting more protein-rich meat and less fat and tendon.
