Do scientists think we will ever have another ice age?

According to a consensus of data and climate scientists, it is highly plausible to have another ice age considering that there have been 17 ice ages in 2 million years. Recent studies show that the next ice age can come in 20,000 to 30,000 years. Although there has been a general cooling for a couple thousand years, the recent surges in greenhouse gases have reversed the cooling period into a warming period.
