    Yes!  In fact, they extend into Canada for 900 miles!  (1,450km) Check out the neat site cited which measures the full fury that is: the Rocky Mountain ranges (dun dun duuuuuuunnnnnnnnn)

    The Rocky Mountain range extends over 3,000 miles from the northern part of British Columbia (Canada) all the way to the northern third of New Mexico.  The highest peak in the Canadian Rockies is Mount Robson, with an elevation of just under 13000 feet.
