Do rich nations pay a larger percentage than poor nations for climate change?

Not really, at the moment anyway. Theoretically rich nations stand to pay more, but there aren’t any deals in place that force percentages in terms of monetary value.

Now, after we start paying poor nations for actively pursuing climate change solutions (and trust me, that’s something that’s coming in the near future), however, the percentage will radically shift in that direction.
