Yes, at least for the foreseeable future. Japan and some European countries are experiencing negative population growth, but many less developed countries have populations that are still growing. Although a country’s growth rate stabilizes the more they develop, people also have much longer lifespans than before. Thus, even if the world’s population stopped growing, the Earth would still have to sustain that population for at least a generation before the population starts to drop. Hope that makes sense!
