Do poison ivy and poison oak grow in the same habitat?

    Yes, poison oak and poison ivy do grow in the same habitat.  They both grow in western North America.  They are similar species, unknown to Europe.  They are quite hardy, and can grow in rocky regions and disturbed habitats.  Poison ivy is common in most US states, whereas poison oak thrives in Northwestern US.

    Poison Ivy, and Poison Oak can grow in the same habitat. They’re not always in the same places, for example Poison Ivy is found plentifully across the United States and Southern Canada, while Poison Oak is found in the Pacific Northwest, and close Canadian regions.
