Plants don’t sweat exactly, but they do release water from their leaves in a process called transpiration, which is pretty similar to sweating. They do this mainly in order to pull nutrients and water from their roots instead of sweating to keep cool as humans do, but it does cool the leaf because the evaporation naturally cools the leaf.
