People use therapy to come out of all kinds of personal ruts, and if a person feels that the way they are living their life is not environmentally sustainable, and that that is a rut they are in, they could certainly use therapy to help them be more of an environmentalist. In addition, therapy can help people bike more, plant gardens, and generally be more active in their communities (like volunteering), which is all better for the environment.
