There are so many factors that can affect a person’s health and well-being that living a green lifestyle may not always result in a longer life. However, some green lifestyle choices can also contribute to personal health. Vegetarians, for example consume on average less fat and cholesterol than those who eat meat. In another example, those who bike or walk to work burn more calories than those who drive and have lower stress levels. Making choices such as these can certainly help those with a green life style achieve a high level of health which can in turn allow them to live longer.
