Do organizations that use green products and soy ink and also help clean up the environment qualify for 501c3?
There certainly exists the possibility for these organizations to qualify for 501c3. However, they cannot qualify simply by the products they use or the environmental standards they abide by. They must demonstrate that they are a charitable organization and not-for-profit. They also must be able to demonstrate that their actions are not part of a lobbying effort, or any other effort that would in any way influence legislation.
