According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the cause of most hospital visits result from injuries and poisoning. This leads me to believe that cities with higher levels of pollution would have more hospital visits than those with less pollution.
But in general, the smaller cities will have less hospital visits, and cities with more poor people will have more hospital visits. The article that was attached to your question said that these sleep problems occur more often in poor populations, so that would be my guess.
