Do more land or aquatic species become harmful non-native invasive species?

This really depends on the species and the area. If your on an an island, a terrestrial invasive species would be more destructive because it could easily spread across the entire landscape. Meanwhile, invasive species like the Snakehead, native to Asia, has been found in American streams and lakes. Interconnected waterways present a major challenge when it comes to invasive species control, especially ones that migrate or can travel great distances.
