In this day and age, just about every government-run building recycles. Libraries are no different, providing recycling bins for all manner of paper products, including old magazines and books. Many local governments have mandated that all government building reduce their annual waste, and many accomplish these by moving many of their forms, data, and inter-office messages to a paperless format.
