Yes, plants definitely have protein in them. If they didnt, it would be very hard for vegetarianism to be a viable, healthy dietary option for humans. Nuts, which are plants contain high amounts of protein as do beans. Soy beans, brocolli, quinoa, and wheat are also good sources of protein. Even plants that do not contain enough protein to be considered high sources of vegetarian protein contain some amount of protein.
