Do green companies trade services to help eachother?

Some green companies might trade services. As long as they are not directly competing against each other, a partnership may benefit both parties. For example, one company might train workers and another does job placement. They don’t compete with each other but they can help one another. What also may happen is that a green business can partner up with a green nonprofit to work on specific projects that need both for-profit and non-profit efforts to be successful. Many community projects function in this way.
